They roll their dough fresh, from scratch, every day, in every restaurant. That dough is made from wheat grown for them on family farms in Idaho. Their Cheddar cheese is aged to perfection, and combined with whole milk Mozzarella and Provolone in their famous three–cheese blend. They use only premium meats for their toppings, which they spread lavishly on every pizza, all the way to the edge of the crust. And their vegetable toppings are freshly cut at each restaurant, including their juicy, selectively–picked tomatoes.
